Bring your watch to our Grand Central Terminal location or use our mail-in service. Every timepiece must be physically inspected before service recommendations, pricing, parts availability, and timing can be confirmed.

Bring your watch to our Grand Central Terminal shop, or use our mail-in service if you are unable to visit us in person.

Physical Review & Estimate

Our team physically inspects your watch and prepares an estimate for the recommended service. An evaluation fee may apply if the estimate is declined.

Approve Estimate & Deposit

Once the estimate is approved, payment or a deposit may be required depending on the service. Once the required payment is received, the authorized service can begin.
