• This policy applies to items purchased online only. Please see posted return policies regarding any in-store purchases.
  
• All watch overhauls come with service warranties for six months.
• Rolex & Patek Philippe overhauls come with service warranties for one year.
• Orders will be processed within one business day of receipt.
• All customer service inquiries will be answered Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
• Customers will be notified via e-mail of any backordered merchandise.
• Refunds will be issued for straps only when returned unused in original condition within 15 days of receiving original order.
• Watches purchased online can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. They must be returned in unused, original condition.  Refunds are not issued for returned watch purchases, exchange only.
• All special order items are final sale.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
