Return & Exchange Policy

This policy applies to items purchased online only.  Please see posted return policies regarding any in-store purchases.

Any unused straps can be returned for a merchandise price refund or exchanged within 15 days of original purchase.  Watches purchased online can be exchanged within 15 days of original purchase.  Refunds are not issued for returned watch purchases, exchange only.   Items will only be accepted for return or exchange in their original condition.  There is no charge for strap exchanges.  Watch exchanges are subject to all applicable shipping charges.  All shipping and handling charges are final.
